Thinking of attempting the trans iowa v10 in 2014. Looking for tips, tricks, bike set up suggestions, wisdom from others who have tried it, basically anything to get me through it. Thanks in advance.

I have never done the trans iowa, but have been eye balling it for several years. any info is always welcome
