Portland Weekend Escapes

Hey everyone.

Looking to link up with like minded individuals for some weekend trips out of Portland. I am planning on doing the North Trask route via Velodirt on the 4th to kick things off. Also if anyone is interested I am going to loosely organize some soical night rides through Forest Park.

What types of mileage are you looking to put in? I attempt to get in an overnight trip once per month, usually rolling from the house in SE PDX. Usually target the Coast Range, but will go east if necessary to avoid really bad weather.

I'm heading towards Dufur this upcoming weekend. Planning on 180-220 miles and you're welcome to join if putting in that kind of mileage is what you're after.

If not - the North Trask route is pretty awesome, can do much worse.

Sounds awesome. I would love to join but will be in NYC through the 30th. Definitely a fan of putting in the miles and looking to condition myself for the Outback this year. I am in SE PDX as well. Would love to meet up and talk about a future weekender.

You planning on the Outback for Memorial Day weekend? I'm in SE Portland, Woodstock area.
