Trip/route suggestions

So I'm trying to plan a fall bike adventure. My original plan was to ride the white rim trail in canyonlands, and I still might do that but I thought I'd see if there were any other suggestions. I'm thinking 4-5 days total drive and ride time from Colorado Springs in octoberish. Anybody have an idea for a ride that might be more fun/scenic routes? The yellowstone/teton rail trail has kinda peaked my interest. I'm fairly fit and willing to push some so depending on elevation and trail conditions I think I can comfortably do 40-75 miles a day.
