Montana High Country Lodge wants to wish all TD riders a safe and complete ride.  We'll be watching your dots (kind of a junkie that way).  We are located in the Grasshopper valley on the Pioneer Mountains Scenic Byway 2 miles past the Grasshopper Inn and Ma Barnes Country Store and 1 mile before Polaris (just a post office no service or supplies).  Look for our sign...You can't miss the bike and huge Tour Divide banner.  We offer quick TD service for the rider wishing to press on to Lima.  We have beds, showers, food, WiFi and Verizon cell phone service for those wishing to recharge a little.

Anybody who's interested in the elevation profile + notes - I'll be making about 5 copies for handing out tomorrow and Thursday. I'm staying at the Y, and will see if I can find a place to put the publicly. FYI: YWCA has a color printer.

Do you see anyone that you know's bike here:
http://bikepackersmagazine.com/2016-tour-divide-rigs/

A while back I made a post about how I use animal feed bag material for emergency tire boots. They are the same material as you would find with a blue tarp. I offered to send some to anyone who was interested. One girl, Christina Nacos out of Boulder said she'd like some, so I sent her some. Then lo and behold, they have her bike in the article.

And I brought a bunch of extra material to hand out. I'll be staying at the Y starting this afternoon.
