Embarassing or stupid question?!

Ive been trying to sign up to become a blue dot for CTR 2015. Is this an intelligence or perseverance test? Could someone post the link so I can add my spot data? thanks a lot. Thanks in advance for teasing me.

I signed up a long time ago (7/5/15) and still don't see my dot.  I'm waiting to hear from Scott Morris about it.  I probably did something wrong somehow.

Scott says I made the spreadsheet, and should be good to go.  I guess they haven't uploaded the batch just yet.

I think they only activate the ITT's. The GD riders will be activated on the 26th, otherwise there would be dots all over the map.
