I think you should have your race time reduced by a day to compensate for your time in filming this awesome vid! If it was me, I would have been sooo tired during the race that after putting the camera in a spot to film, instead of going back to get it, I would have said "screw it, I am tirrrred".  Any film crew that would even attempt to film you on this race would have to bikepack and carry film gear on top of the usual gear and haul it across the Grand Canyon on their back AND be as fast as you while doing so - that would be impressive indeed. |

Aaron,
Great video. It reminded me of being in all of our own little worlds out there in some beautiful country for a while. Also the single track, HAB, wildlife, elements, long days, creative bivwacks, pain, suffering and absolute glory of it all. I enjoyed meeting you just outside of Pine. Thanks for putting this together. Great euphoric recall. Probably just a one time adventure on this big beast for me. Wonderful experience.

Wow, I just watched the video, and as a former documentary producer, I'm in awe. I'm not, in general, a huge fan of "look at my trip!" videos, but this one was spectacular.

Fantastic video.
To tell the truth I was pretty taken with the short clips you'd published in the past, but this thing is the bomb.
Not sure I'd have had the drive to keep setting up in the ditch and then going back for the gopro, but I'm sure glad you did!

Great video,
I watched it again and it brought back some epic memmories of the 2014 haul. I didn't notice the first time I watched it but my old white truck was there at the finish line, or beginning line for me. I didn't have a ride so I just drove myself up. Great video Aaron.
