Hats off to Josiah Morgan. He got a nice late start at 8:30 a.m. with 5 miles still left to pedal before crossing Hwy 260 and it looks like he gained the Mogollon Rim at 5 p.m. Not bad for a roadie from Oklahoma!

Cheering for Josiah here too! Hope you enjoy some nourishing civilization tonight and then Onward to the Ditch! You got this man!

I'm sure Josiah fully enjoyed the sweet "singletrack" on Andersen Mesa...  Kinda wonder if he's gonna shack up in Flag for the night and recharge for a run tomorrow.

Cassi is nearing the finish of the 300!  Her Mom was meeting her at the end... is anyone else there?

Perhaps I missed it. Does anyone know the fate of Dave W? I really hope he got a ride and is not still stuck in Kelvin area.  He's a long way from Kiwiland.  He had to scratch on a recent TD he said and now the AZTR.  Heart goes out to this guy.
Also, does anyone know about Sam, 300 rider from Tucson?  He was not using a Spot.  He, Michael A and I had a bite at the Sahuarita restaurant and rode that night.  He took off up Lemmon on Sunday and I never saw him again.

Three cheers for the Red Lantern bringing it in to PicketPost!  Congrats to Cassi on her finish!

Sam reported a finish time -- read back in the thread some for a nice quote from him.

Have not heard further from Dave W -- but I am sure he was able to find a ride out.  Lots of trail friendly folk in the Kearny area.

Freeskier46 came down to greet Cassi at the finish, her mother was here as well. I'm camped at Picket Post tonight and got to join in the fun. It was excellent to watch her turns in the distance as she rolled in under lights. I believe freeskier46 said he'd post the action shots.

Wow, 43 finishers in the 300 this year.  That's a new record, for sure.

Per FB, JayP is leaving this evening for the canyon hike.  Hope to see Denberg ripping it again tomorrow, reloaded.

Todd Denham...DONE!

Scott Jones ready for more!

Mark Caminiti relaxing at the end of the 300.

Mark's setup looks like he's out for a day ride, not the 750!! Yes, he does have a backpack.

Another stealth SPOTless rider, Matt after finishing the 300.

John Fairbairn tonight, getting set to make camp for the night after the 300.

There she is, Cassi Morelock all smiles after wrapping up the 300!!

Sorry, I should have snapped a pic of Dylan, Robert Orr & Josiah at the Safeway in Tucson last Sat.

I do have more pics in general, but didn't want to clutter up the forum too much. Smiley
You can check them out here, but be warned, it's no frills, just a bunch of text links!!

Good to see Denberg on the move again this morning.

Both Ron Thomson & Scott Jones made nice progress last night, way to go guys!!

Just a hunch, but thinkin JP should almost to the north rim, or still taking a marathon nap on the south rim.

Yeah, there isn't much GPS or Sat signal down in the canyon.  Usually we get a few points from people, but sometimes nothing until they emerge on the N. Rim.  SPOT positioning often gets compromised with the bike-carrying system, too.
