I'd start writing papers to help pay for the ticket to banff! I think I could figure something out for all those off the wall topics! Haha. Wtf?!

Wow! Hard to find anything on the Ultra forums with something like 20 pages of spam posts. Oh well, searching for pertinent info is part of bikepacking I suppose.

As a long time bikepacking.net user it seems to me that Scott does a very good job of trimming out the spam that occasionally hits his site.
My guess is this time he was off on a long fun ride in sunny AZ (or at least I hope he was)

I was indeed. Out baking in one of the hottest places anywhere -- the Camino Diablo!
That was a big spam attack. Bad timing.
Methinks I need to recruit a couple new moderators to guard against this in the future.

Drop me a note if you need a mod, I'd be willing to help out and have experience.

Bad timing indeed. I was 'packing 'round NZ. I normally smack the spammers during the 'night shift' from down under
