Stefan, thanks for putting together a great race!! Travis Wildeboer and I finished together, but I don't see him on there. Also, how do we return the spot trackers?
Thanks again,

Stafan,
My time looks right. I finished initially at 0049 on Sunday by coming down the road on the final stretch but realized my mistake and went back and rode the final piece of singletrack to make it official so I'm happy with the time listed.
Thanks for tracking this incredible race! Les Handy

Stefan,
My time looks correct. My name is listed as Allen Morgan. My friend Josiah Morgan and I (Mark Allen) shared a SPOT tracker, hence our two last names were used on the trackleaders website. I was able to complete the entire CTR route. Josiah completed most of the CTR route, but hitched from Wellington Lake Rd to Jefferson Lake Rd and also bypassed the section from the Goldhill Trailhead to Copper Mountain (by taking the bike path through Frisco).
Thanks for organizing this event. Had the privilege of meeting some great people and experiencing some challenging terrain and awesome scenery.
Mark

Ha, just saw this bit about Christoph Sauser (former World XC and Marathon world champion) over on cyclingnews.com. He is training in Breck for the upcoming Leadville 100.
Riding here in Breckenridge is flip'n awesome! My favorite is the Colorado trail. One day, when I am big, I will do the whole thing, all the way from Denver to Durango. More and less 750km sweet singletrack!
You've been warned -- best start training now!
Congrats to all the CTR finishers!

Hey Stefan, this is Tom Kavanaugh verifying that my time is correct. Also, John Harness finished with me at the same time. His spot ran out of batteries the day before we finished. Great job to everyone!

"More and less 750km sweet singletrack!"
He might be disappointed when he sees all the hike-a-bike!
Big congrats to everyone that started, and an even bigger congrats to everyone that FINISHED! And Mark Caminiti, I don't know how you suffer through these things one after another while dealing with so many bike and body malfunctions! I think you must hold some sort of record for the most hours of serious suffering in the past few years of these bikepacking races. Impressive ride, yet again!

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for an incredible, brutal experience.
I had question marks on my time so I wanted to clarify:
I left Waterton Canyon at 6:30AM Tuesday I arrived in Durango at 3:20AM Sunday
Ride time: 4 Days, 20 hours, 50 minutes
Hell yeah! See you next year.

Hi Stefan, My time is correct for this year, but I think that I may have cheated last year. Has the Durango trailhead always been the lower one? Last year, I finished at the upper trailhead (the one right where the road makes a big switchback and heads up towards the campground). Someone offered me a beer and there were a few other people waiting for CTR racers at the upper trailhead, so it seemed like a good place to finish. However, this year, when I started in Durango, it sure seemed like I skipped the last 1.2 miles of trail in 2011. It was good to have the extra motivation to make sure that I finished this year .

D'oh!! Yep, the lower trail head has always been there. A whole extra mile of casual ST! Unfortunately, that is an easy mistake to make as it isn't really signed that well. I did the same thing in 2006, prior to the first CTR, but now with the GPS track... Thanks a ton for bringing this up! Hopefully a few others who finished there will hop on board too. It's certainly a small course deviation, but enough of one to motivate you to finish this year, eh?

Feels like from the effort I put in it should be less but none the less, That time looks legit. It was a beautiful ride and fantastic expierience. The previous AZTR750 and TD on the legs made it a whole different kinda pig rodeo. Though just like every finished ride. I wish I was back out there! Kurt Sandiforth

Stefan My time looks correct. I finished with a pack of 3 ITT that left on Sat. they caught me on the near the finish.. I thought they started in the group on Monday.. they didn't tell me that they were ITT until after i finished. Needless to say they gave me the adrenline I needed to "race" to the finish. I've got one more "ITT" finish to add to the list, even though I slept almost 8 hours every night after the first one so I could see everything during daylight hours! I made it to Durango last evening for a total time on trail of 5:16:51. As I rolled into town, a huge fireworks display kicked off over the college. I thought it was a pretty awesome welcome, but then someone told me it was for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge kickoff party. Then I learned that they changed the route for the first stage of the race because some of the climbing was "too steep." Hmm...I'm sure those guys would think differently if any of them tried to tackle the CT!
Almost all the through-hikers that I stopped and chatted with were amazed by Jefe's performance. He's truly a legend on the trail, though no one knows his name. I also encountered possibly the world's most angry hiker, out of water 8 miles shy of the next stream out on the ridge north of Indian Trail Ridge. He went on a 5-minute rant, I gave him half my remaining water, and hopefully he learned that he will find no warning signs along the trail before the long dry sections like he expected there would be.
Stefan, thanks for the CT stoke. I'm glad I finally got around to riding the whole thing. It was even more spectacular than I imagined in the San Juans.

Nah, I'm done racing for the year. My legs are toast. Time for some mellow bikepacking and recon for some future trips around the southwest.
