Collecting and tabulating results here, and they will be cross listed on my website as well.  Please post if I've missed your time or if it is incorrect/missing or I have some details wrong. These are just from the SPOT trackers, so people that finished together (or close to it) I may have grouped wrong.  Also post up your trip reports and pics/links here!  I like to link to that stuff from your name on the main website results section.

Thanks Stefan.  thumbsup

Not sure of the time, but last night as I was eating dinner I watched my friend Dominic Lauzier finish.  Could you check his Spot data?

Thanks Stefan for bringing the event once again. Bad luck about the hands. I was pretty wrecked after last year and had to spend a lot of time trying to fix that. My wrists were still pretty sore this time around. As for time, I finished at 1:50 pm on the 4th day, so 4:09:50. I have GPS of the whole route on strava since I wasn't carrying a spot http://app.strava.com/athletes/219675.

Congrats everyone! Hope I can actually make it to meet you all next year.

Matt-- How did you Strava that whole ride? Did you export data from your GPS and upload it there? I didn't know that was possible, but I assume there is no way you had your iphone on that entire time?

Chris Ellefson here (ITT, Denver to Durango); I finished up on Saturday 7/27 at 8pm on the button. So, 7 days, 15 hours. My Spot apparently blipped out about an hour after I started moving on the last day. I don't have a strava account or anything, but I can send along some GPS files to make it official. I'll try to write something up to link to as well.

Thanks to Stefan and everyone else who makes this thing happen. It is awesome that there is so much energy and motivation to keep this thing free and free spirited. Its just an amazing community.

That Jarosa Mesa cutoff was a tough one to see. I would have made the same mistake (hopefully would have caught it on my GPS) if I hadn't taken a food break and that very intersection and got to watch Jeffrey Rank and Dax Massey come by and take the correct trail. I incredulously remarked to them at the time, "That's the trail?Huh?"

By the way, you should probably add those two, Rank and Massey to finishers list. They pulled away from me for good on the last stretches of the Tarryall Detour so they probably came in an hour or so before me.

Yo, Yo, Yo, Stefan,

Will my position be placed in the ranking as I was an ITT finisher or just listed as it is now.  My Track Leader SPOT time indicates 6 days 22 hours 14 minutes but my watch showed at 6 days 22 hours and 8 minutes.

Thanks

Wayne

I usually list the ITTs separately (see here) but I could combine with the main list and just put (ITT) next to your name if you prefer.

That's not necessary as long as my time is shown.

Thanks for the fast response!

Photos I took along the way: http://flic.kr/s/aHsjHb1wW1

Thanks Stefan for making the CTR a reality. It was the best/worst adventure I've ever had. I swear I won't ever do it again, until next year.

Funny, mine was too--perhaps we were dragging them on a leash:) Boy do we need the new 2.5min updates (and then we'll need 1 min, and then real time...)!

My data shows true arrival at 6:22pm, for total time of 5:14:22.

I second all kudos to Stefan--the whole time I was riding, I kept thinking how visionary it was to create such an event. It would be a very different feeling to attempt, and then publicize, such a race without knowing that dozens had already done it!

....

Group Start, Durango to Denver

How about some love for the tenacious Flatlanders from low-altitude Winnipeg, Hal Loewen & Dan Lockery?  Ms. Garcia and the other members of the CTR Grand Depart Lanterne Rouge Wannabe Society?  Finishing at all is a feat, but Michelle D. has the Perseverance Award locked up, whether she finishes as the Lanterne Rouge or not! headbang

Keep kickin' it, ITT'ers!  Inspiring efforts and fantastic narratives abound thus far.

I finished yesterday at 4:50 PM.
I'm pretty sure I left Velorution around 2:43 PM last sunday so that's around 7 days, 2 hours and 7 minutes.
there was a section of trail I missed.... going up to the coney summit, I didn't see the trail to the left and assumed the difference in the gps were within gps tolerance and that I must still be on route.  when I got to the top of that road climb, I realized that there was a trail switch backing off to the left to get up the same climb.  That vertical push up that road almost killed me and there was no way I was going back down to ride the trail... I just took the assumption that the push up the road had to be as least as hard as the switchback.

Good work Josiah....haha I almost did the same thing, luckily it was daylight, I looked over and saw the singletrack. The road is defiantly more difficult.
