no problem
if you start at the south rim in the morning, you will reach the closure area in the late afternoon
short nap, then proceed after 4:30 and ride out to Jacob Lake at night while the snow is crusty and frozen

Given the warmer temps at night, I think it will be impossible to ride the crusty snow. Sure, you might make a hundred yards here and there before your front wheel digs in and you go over the bars.
