Separ, NM is about the last sign of civilization in NM, before the last run to Antelope Wells. (as you cross I-10).

I was passing by there today and stopped in to check out the only business in Separ.  It's a Bowlin's, a gift/curio/fireworks shop with a little mostly junk food and drink.  It's not open very late and I was curious about the availability of water if one is passing through there after dark.  I located a faucet at the farthest West corner of the Bowlin's retail bldg.  This is about the last shot for water before Antelope Wells, unless you find a windmill or stock tank.

Separ is the best bet for your last refill SB.  If that fails, I "think" there is water to be found in Hachita, a little further south on route, but you may have to search what's left of the the town and beg.
