Jarral Ryter is one of the toughest cyclists I have ever met--full disclosure: I'm his brother--and he's riding a great first TD. Our nephew Kyan Krumdieck is following the race and making a documentary about Jarral's challenge. One reason for the documentary is that Jarral is racing with type-1 diabetes, which, though not debilitating, carries some significant risks.
