Got the word on facebook that Eric found his phone! Great, his name is gone from the TC leader board but he's still listed as active.

Eric Foster called in from Helena. He got his phone back! (As noted above.) Joshua Weinfeld called in from Del Norte. He got a good breakfast at the Skyline Lodge! http://mtbcast.com/site2/category/td13/

Yep Lobeck. Like seeing them duke it out as they enter my hood. WY/ID. Good weather, typical late afternoon t-storms and mid-day prevailing winds. Clean road over Ashton/Flagg Ranch.
Good seeing our 2010 bud Forrest Baker having a solid run. No snow, rain or soggy shoes this time. Not yet...

yes, and watching Jesse Carlsson...running a very strong 3rd. Fast field. Fast conditions (says flavored with a tinge of envy). Temps have cooled down a hair here in Colorado=good. Spoke with Brock, owner of Orange Peel Cycles in Steamboat Springs. Asked him if he was ready for the masses.....Orange Peel has always been super accommodating and friendly to the divide set, but he had a bit of a "deer in headlights look" with regard to the size of the field this year, but ready and willing he is. I imagine the minimal mud this year might simplify or even eliminate the need for extensive service by many riders.

What a race!! Looks like a super strong field. The pace is incredible. After the conditions of 2009 and 2010, I have to admit I am a bit envious. Good to see Forest out there again and doing well. Would be nice to do a beer again in Silver City but I will just cheer you on from afar this year. To all the racers, keep up the great work (or should I say play) and enjoy the ride.

Hey guys every time I look at the spot tracker, the dots haven't moved. I see on this discussion board CS is at a certain point but my tracker is still back 12 hours! Any thoughts? I'm on an iPad...

Can you double click the main button to show the apps that are running, then hold down on the icon for the app you're using to get the red minus sign to kill it? And then reopen it?

Wow, what a day! It's past 1am in Pittsburgh and now that I see my husband's blue dot 'parked' in Seeley Lake Motor Lodge - I can finally turn off the computer and get some rest. Well, yes, maybe I am pathetic but somehow I feel I am not the only one who wants to make sure her loved one is safe. Anyway, if anyone is ever going to write/post a definition of a "blue dot junkie" anywhere - MY photo goes with it!!! Good luck and good weather to all the riders! What you are doing is waaaay beyond ordinary - enjoy every moment of it!

Wow, great competition. Mike and Craig are really taking turns at putting on the pressure. Looks like Mike had a great day, took shorter breaks, and got within an hour of Craig, but went to bed earlier at 9pm. Craig took longer breaks but continues into the dark at 11 pm. Jesse is keeping up with the leaders, but still has nearly 100 miles to make up. Man it must be tough to keep looking over your shoulder!

Scotty, YES! Of course. How did I drop his name. Crazy dude and lots of fun. And last thing he asked as he left: "Is there a market in Lincoln?" Me: "Yea". "Think they got chicken noodle soup?" "Am sure they do." "Excellent!". Told that group we would keep an eye on them.
