It has been a great race this year and really enjoyed viewing from afar. I know the course has changed a bit over the years plus detours due to snow and fire and am happy to look at each race in isolation. But I have noted that Lael W (17:01:51) has gone faster than Matthew Lee (17:16:10) ever did and that really puts into perspective her performance despite a few health issues.

Anyone heard from Katie Monaco? Her SPOT has been tracking in Del Norte for ~24 hours. Hopefully it's just a SPOT issue or batteries or she's trying to track down the perfect pair of finishing flip flops.
