That's been my guess as well.
I saw a photo posted of "Terry" eating at the Eureka Subway. Can't find it again. I think it must have been in the comments of another post on Facebook.

Last photos for tonight from prior to 6 pm Ovando Montana time.

As mentioned previously may I present to you Dean Anderson of Alberta Canada and Tom Rowntree of Scotland!

Hopefully my cohort in arms at the Ovando Inn has been taking photos of the large numbers that have entered after 6:30 pm so I'll have a lot of downloading to do in the morning.

Til then!
Carry on!

Has anyone seen Guy Martin on the course?  What pseudonym is he likely riding under?  My guess Greg May....

http://trackleaders.com/tourdivide16

I would imagine there will be some photo/ videographers catching up with Guy; some money to be made from his endorsements.  nono if he is terry smith i think he wants to be left alone he's pretty shy if you read his books etc.

Tell your kids to be very proud.  Their Dad is doing great.  Excellent spirits and just keeps going like a energizer bunny biker.

Seb had a slight cold that turned really nasty and Rob got attacked by a dog. He has some really bad looking wounds on his lower legs.
Wow, that is foul. Rob Brown has had to pull out. The bites from the dog attack got infected and he got a fever. Can you imagine the time and effort that's gone into this, and to be taken out by a mutt. He was cruising around 11th place with Brian Alder, also from NZ. Keep your eyes peeled, Brian said the mutt was " Was just before Wigwam Campground after a descent off Cabin Pass. Ran out of the outfitters".  Go Brian.

Josh has been stopped in Butte for over 6 hours at this point, allowing Gareth and Stephan to rope him in. Hope everything is ok. Mike taking a break at mile 800 and Chris crushing on the 32/16 moving into second! So rad, get it everyone!

It's not Greg, he's a real person... unless I've been drinking beer and eating pizza with Guy Martin in disguise all this time... :/

One of those fake wedding dresses could be really useful on TDR.

They're so ugly they'd probably be good bear repellent!

Back to the race, it looks like all the leaders are having a bit of a sleep in today

Mike Hall made it to Montana High Country Lodge in the dark last night.  He went for the total recharge... dinner, shower, trackleaders, laundry, nap, breakfast and a couple "Billy Rice PBJ's" for the push to Lima.  He left in the dark this morning looking strong.

Mike Hall has just finished along the short section of highway that is shared  by the Tour Divide and TransAm. The last few TransAm riders will pass through there later today.

Love seeing how big the 'field' is this year.

Now if we can get all the spam posts and that account deleted that would be awesome.

These riders are unbeleavable. They inspire me. Just when Iam doubting myself I see what they are doing and I start dreaming of once doing this ride. Ride safe and have fun.

I have a question. Is it ok to be on the route to cheer the riders on and give them a cold drink or food?

I'd refrain from food and drink because that should always be neutral.

Any word on Josh Kato?  He's been stopped for over 12 hours in Butte.  Looks like rain for the mid-pack today!!!  Mike Hall might just squeak through the sticky mud zone without rain.  Huge advantage and time saver!
