Nice, that Foundry Firetower and Lauf fork looks dialed.  I hadn't heard of the frame before.  What is the bike weight without bags?

Single! I'm curious to see how it feels up the long climbs. At home we have lots of steep hills, but nothing over 2000 feet vertical.
