I am looking for picks on the best snow tire...but not for Pugsley. I will be running these on fairly packed conditions on narrow-ish, 29-er rims (Velocity Dyads). I would like to go as wide as possible.
Thanks

2.4 Scwalbe's work well in Minnesota in a variety of conditions. The Weirwolf doesn't have nearly enough tread, or side knobs in the snow (or on dirt IMO). Use them on a wide rim like the Uma, KH, or Gordo and the footprint is good.
